LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN that a public hearing will be held by the Zon- ing Board of Appeals of the Town of Poestenkill at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the Poestenkill Town Hall, 38 Davis Drive, Poesten- kill New York, 12140, to review a Use Variance application submitted by Kristina Gross to change the use of the building from office and storage for plumbing business to office and storage/warehouse for property located at 360 Snyders Corner Road, Wynantskill. Copies of the applica- tion and supporting documents are avail- able at the Poesten- kill Town Hall and are available for public in- spection during regu- lar business hours.
