BY: Ken- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN THAT a Public Hear- ing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals Thursday, MARCH 19, 2026, beginning 7:00pm at the on at Village Hall, 2 nd floor meeting room, on the following area variance application: The ap- plicant is proposing a new attached carport ✓ porte-cochere locat- ed in the side-yard or east side of the exist- ing single family along with a new set of exte- rior stairs. To comply with current zoning and because the footprint of the attached struc- ture and new stairs encroaches on the re- quired 10 ft. side yard setback by 9 feet and the relief requested is 1 foot. The proposed stairs also included will encroach 6 foot 4 inches requiring a requested relief of 3 foot 6 inches.
