To comply with current zoning and because the footprint of the attached struc- ture and new stairs encroaches on the re- quired 10 ft. side yard setback by 9 feet and the relief requested is 1 foot. The proposed stairs also included will encroach 6 foot 4 inches requiring a requested relief of 3 foot 6 inches. The proposed action received a positive rec- ommendation from the Planning Board and will need to return to the Planning Board for final project approval follow- ing this appearance.
