A RESOLUTION AUTHO- RIZING, SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFEREN- DUM, THE ISSUANCE OF $60,000 BONDS OF THE TOWN OF ROCHESTER, ULSTER COUNTY, NEW YORK, TO PAY THE COST OF THE REPLACEMENT OF BEAM AT TOWN HALL GARAGE SHOP IN AND FOR SAID TOWN. The period of probable usefulness of such spe- cific object or purpose is 25 years pursuant to subdivision 12(a)(1) of paragraph a of Section 11.00 of the Local Fi- nance Law.
