A RESOLUTION AUTHO- RIZING, SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFEREN- DUM, THE ISSUANCE OF $37,000 BONDS OF THE TOWN OF ROCHESTER, ULSTER COUNTY,

NEW YORK, TO PAY THE COST OF THE IMPROVE- MENTS TO WHITFIELD ROAD IN

AND FOR SAID TOWN. The period of probable usefulness of such spe- cific object or purpose 15 years pursuant to subdivision 20(c) of paragraph a of Section 11.00 of the Local Fi- nance Law. Such reso- lution pledges the full faith and credit of the Town to the payment of the obligations autho- rized to be issued and delegates to the Super- visor, the Chief Fiscal Officer, the power to au- thorize the issuance of and to sell such obliga- tions. Additionally, such resolution contains the estoppel clause provid- ed for by Section 80.00 of the Local Finance Law and authorizes such resolution, after taking effect to be published in summary form in the official newspaper, to- gether with a notice of the Town Clerk, in sub- stantially the form pro- vided in Section 81.00 of the Local Finance Law. The full text of bond resolution is available for public inspection at the office of the Town Clerk during regular of- fice hours.
