AND SIDEWALK RE- PLACEMENT - PHASE 3 Sealed (hardcopy only) bids will be received by the Executive Director on May 7th, 2026 at 9:30 AM, at which time bids shall be publicly opened and read at the Office of the Executive Direc- tor located at 1 South Federal Street, Sara- toga Springs, New York 12866.

There will be a Pre-Bid walk through for this project on April 28th at 9:00 AM. Contractors to meet at the Jefferson Terrace Apartments Building 2C.

The project is located in Saratoga Springs, New York and work shall be in accordance of speci- fications and other con- tracts prepared by RIDA Architecture PLLC., 2022 Western Avenue, Alba- ny, New York 12203, Tel: (518) 713-4537. Contract

Saratoga Springs, New York 12866 Tel: (518)584-6600, upon payment of a $50.00 re- fundable deposit. De- posit refundable upon return of the Contract Documents in good con- dition, to the Saratoga Springs Housing Housing Au- thority, no later than 14 days following the bid opening.

The Owner reserves the right to waive any infor- mality or technicality and reject any and all bids.
