LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE GIVEN IS HEREBY that the Town of Shandaken Planning Board will hold a PUB- LIC HEARING pursuant to section 274-b of State Law and as prescribed by the District Schedule of Area and Bulk Regu- lations of the Shanda- ken Town Code for the purpose of hearing the following applicant: An application for Special Use Permit has been submitted to the Planning Board by Dan- iel Casey for a parcel located at 7696 Route 28 in Shandaken, further identified as SBL# 4.20- 1-44. Parcel consists of 2-acres and is located in a Residential 1.5-acre Zoning District. a Applicant is seeking approval to operate a Contractors Yard on the subject property. The Public Hearing is schedules for March 11, 2026 at 6:45pm at the Shandaken Town Hall, located at 7209 Route 28 Shandaken, New York. Any person wishing to make comment regard- ing this application may do so during the Public Hearing.
