LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING For the ap- proval of a Cable Tele- vision between Agreement Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Shandaken PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Shan- daken will hold a Public Hearing on Monday May 4, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. Prior to their regular meeting at 7pm, at the Shandak- en Town Hall, 7209 State Rt. 28. Shandaken, New York regarding grant- ing a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Shandaken and Spec- trum Northeast, Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communica- tions. At A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during nor- mal business hours at the Town Clerk's office, 7209 State Rt. 28 Shan- daken New York. such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral state- ments will be taken at that time. Time limita- tions may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
