NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN, the Village of Tivoli Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on March 23, 2026 at 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time at the Historic Watts dePeyster Village Hall, in the Schoenborn Meeting Room, located at 86 Broadway, Tivoli, Dutchess County, New York. The purpose is to hear from the public regarding the proposed shed construction at 47 Montgomery Street, Parcel ID 134803-6174- 06-494901-0000. A copy of the application is on file at the Village Clerk's office and available for inspection Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM or online at www.tivoliny.org. All in- terested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard in person or by directing comments in writing to the Planning Board PO Box 397 Tivoli, New York 12583, or via email to clerk@tivoliny. org. Written comments must be received before 4:00 p.m. on the date of the hearing. All reason- able accommodation will be made for per- sons with disabilities. In such a case, please notify the Village Clerk in advance at the above address, email, or by phone (845) 757-2021 so that arrangements can be made.
