LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PRO- POSED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT APPLICATION REGARDING THE ME- MORIAL DRIVE DRAIN- AGE PROJECT, AS SET FORTH HEREIN Vil- LEGAL NOTICE IS HERE- BY GIVEN that pursuant to Section 20 of the Mu- nicipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and pursuant to a mo- tion of the Village Board of the Village of Tivoli, adopted February 11, 2026, the said Village Board will hold a public hearing at the Historic Watts dePeyster lage Hall, 86 Broadway, Village of Tivoli, on the 25th day of February, 2026 at 6:00 o'clock P.M. Eastern Daylight Time, to hear all interested parties and citizens re- garding the proposed application to CDBG. Said hearing may be adjourned from time to time as necessary.
