LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF HEARING: PUBLIC CITY OF TROY'S HOUS- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 2026-2027 ANNUAL AC- ING AND TION PLAN Community Develop- ment Block Grant, HOME Investment Part- nerships, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Programs Notice is hereby given that the City of Troy Department of Housing & Community Devel- opment will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on Tuesday March 10, 2026, in the coun- cil chambers room City Hall, 433 River Street Troy. The city will solicit public comments for the purpose of obtain- ing citizen's views and formulating or respond- ing to proposals and questions related to the City's Community Hous- ing and Development Program. Community Housing and Develop- ment grant funding in- cludes Community De- velopment Block Grant (CDBG) funding, Emer- gency Solutions Grant (ESG) funding, and HOME In- vestment Partnerships Program funding. The Community Housing and Development pro- gram year begins July 1, 2026. All Troy residents particularly low- and moderate-income per- sons, taxpayers, as well as neighborhood orga- nizations, businesses, and other stakeholders in Troy are invited to at- tend this public hearing and speak regarding the targeting of 2026-2027 Commu- nity Housing and De- velopment entitlement funds. At the public hearing, the Housing & Community De- velopment Department will accept public com- ments concerning com- munity development and housing needs, de- velopment of proposed activities, and review of present and past CPD program performance. Residents may also sub- mit written comments per- taining to the above at City Hall, 433 River Street, Troy, New York 12180, Attention: Caro- lin Skriptshak. The City of Troy will submit its CPD fund- ing application for the above programs to the U.S. Department of HUD on May 15, 2026.
