A LOCAL LAW AMENDING THE TAX EXEMPTION FOR CITIZENS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEREBY AMENDING LOCAL LAW NUMBER 2 OF THE YEAR

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Stephentown, at a meeting thereof held on Monday, January 19, 2026, duly enacted and adopted Local Law No.4 of 2026, a local law to amend the tax exemption for citizens with dis- abilities and thereby amending local law number 3 of the year 2022.

Copies of the local law may be inspected at the of- fice of the Town Clerk of the Town of Stephentown during normal business hours.
