A LOCAL LAW TO ESTABLISH A FEE TO BE CHARGED BY THE TOWN OF STEPHENTOWN TO SEND A DE- LINQUENT TAX NOTICE AS REQUIRED BY § 987, SUBDIVISION 1, OF THE NEW YORK STATE REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Stephentown, at a meeting thereof held on Monday, January 19, 2026, duly enacted and adopted Local Law No.2 of 2026, a local law to establish a fee to be charged by the Town of Stephentown to send a delinquent tax notice as required by § 987, subdivision 1, of the New York State Real Property Tax Law.

Copies of the local law may be inspected at the of- fice of the Town Clerk of the Town of Stephentown during normal business hours.
