NOTICE OF CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF KIRKWOOD PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Kirkwood will hold a continuance of the public hearing on the site plan review application and special use permit application of Norbut Solar Farms regarding property located at 149 Quilty Hill Road (TM# 147.00-1-2.2 & 147.00-1-7.11) and property located at 165 Foley Road (TM# 147.00-1-2.11) for construction of a 15MWac solar farm. The continuation of the public hearing will be held on March 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Joseph A. Griffin Town Hall, 70 Crescent Drive, Kirkwood, NY. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Planning Board prior to the public hearing.
