NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF KIRKWOOD PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Kirkwood will hold a public hearing on March 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Joseph A. Griffin Town Hall, 70 Crescent Drive, Kirkwood, NY on the site plan review application of Stephen Kalafut regarding property located at 50 Frances Street in the Town of Kirkwood, also known as Tax Map No. 162.15-2-4 and 162.15-2.3.2, and located in a Business One District. The application is for the expansion of a self-serve storage mall. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Planning Board prior to the public hearing. Persons with disabilities who require assistance should contact the Planning Board Office at (607) 775-4313 to request such assistance.
