Miller, deceased, late of the Town of Fenton, County of Broome, State of New York; John Roe and Jane Roe, said names being fictitious and unknown to Plaintiffs, the persons or parties intended being all known and unknown heirs-at-law and next-of-kin of Randy A. Miller, deceased, late of the Town of Fenton, County of Broome, State of New York; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Defendants. SUMMONS WITH NOTICE Index No. EFCA2025000968 TO John Roe and Jane Roe, said names being fictitious and unknown to Plaintiffs, the persons or parties intended being all known and unknown heirs-at-law and next-of-kin of the Estate of Randy A. This is an action for foreclosure of a credit line mortgage made by Randy A. Miller to Citizens Bank, N.A., in the original amount of $75,000.00 with interest, dated February 3, 2021, recorded March 2, 2021 in the Broome County Clerk's Office in Book M4000, page 675. The relief sought is the foreclosure of the mortgage lien and the public sale of the mortgaged premises and in case of your failure to appear, judgment may be taken against you extinguishing any interest or judgment lien you may have in the mortgaged premises. The premises indexed in this action are described and commonly known as 32 Walnut Street, Town of Fenton, County of Broome, State of New York 13746 (SBL#: 068.03-2-51).
