Miller, deceased, late of the Town of Fenton, County of Broome, State of New York; John Roe and Jane Roe, said names being fictitious and unknown to Plaintiffs, the persons or parties intended being all known and unknown heirs-at-law and next-of-kin of Randy A. Miller, deceased, late of the Town of Fenton, County of Broome, State of New York; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, Defendants.
