NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

LOCAL LAW NO. 2 OF 2026




PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 9, 2026 at 6:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by Town of Brutus Town Board at the Brutus Town Hall, 9021 North Seneca Street, Weedsport, New York 13166 to consider Local Law #2 of 2026 Amending the Zoning Law of the Town of Brutus to Change the Zoning Designation of Certain Real Property From Agricultural-Residential (AR) to Residential (R),” and to amend the Official Zoning Map of the Town of Brutus to reflect this zoning change (“Amendment”).




The proposed law is available for public review at the Town Clerk’s Office.
