Request for Proposals for Legal / General Counsel Services The Auburn Enlarged City School District is soliciting written proposals for Legal / General Counsel Services from Proposers that have had experience in providing high-quality services of this type to comparable clients/municipalities of similar size and scope, and that have the staff capacity and expertise to do so for the District. The anticipated term of the contract will be for an initial term of one (1) year beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027, and then may be renewed for four (4) additional one (1) year periods thereafter for July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2031. Each one-year renewal period is subject to annual review and approval by the Board of Education, with the appointment of the District’s Legal Counsel occurring at the annual business meeting in July. Requests for information related to this Request for Proposal should be submitted by 3:30 pm EST on March 27, 2026 via email to JessicaLuisi@aecsd.education. The deadline to submit proposals is April 3, 2026, by or before 3:30 pm EST. Proposers are to submit the original proposal with two (2) copies of their proposal AND one electronic PDF copy of their response on a USB drive all together in a sealed package marked with the RFP title and name to: Auburn Enlarged City School District, Attn: Jessica Luisi, 78 Thornton Ave. Auburn, NY 13021. Please print the words “ORIGINAL” on your original copy and include the ORIGINAL signature page and label all copies with the word “COPY”.
