Tax Collection Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that I, the undersigned City Treasurer, City of Auburn, County of Cayuga, New York will be collecting the 2026 County Tax Levy (for property located within the City of Auburn) with the first half of the taxes assessed upon such roll being received without penalty on or before February 28, 2026 and the second half of the taxes being received without penalty on or before April 30, 2026. Thereafter, one per centum per month will be charged and collected upon tax as required by law. The taxes will be collected at the Office of the City Treasurer, Memorial City Hall, 24 South Street, Auburn, New York from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily, except Saturdays and Sundays, by mail to City Treasurer, PO Box 157, Auburn, New York 13021, or online by credit card, debit card, or electronic check at www.auburnny.gov .
