Legal Notices The JAMESTOWN COMMUNITY COLLEGE invites sealed bids for construction of a Capital Improvement Project as follows: Plumbing Construction Contract Bid # 385 For the “College Center Sink Replacement” project located at the Jamestown Community College, Olean Campus located in Olean, NY 14760. This project includes the replacement of existing three-person sinks in the building with new sinks. Sealed bids will be received at the Jamestown Community College Business Office, Hamilton Collegiate Center at 525 Falconer Street, Jamestown, NY 14701 up to 2:00pm on March 17, 2026, at which time the sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via video web conferencing (Zoom Video Communications). Video web conferencing website: https://sunyjcc-edu.zoom.us/j/8857933481 (Personal Meeting ID 885 793 3481) . No email or faxed bids will be considered . Sealed bids may be mailed to: Jamestown Community College – Business Office 525 Falconer Street Jamestown, NY 14701 A sealed envelope containing each bid must be clearly marked: “BID for College Center Sink Replacement” Contractors are encouraged to visit the site by making appointments with Scott Welka, Assistant Director of Buildings and Grounds at (716) 640-9506 Bid Documents Bidding Documents will be available as of February 24, 2026. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained at: Avalon at 40 La Riviere Drive, Buffalo, NY 14202. Phone (716)-995-7777, upon deposit of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per complete set. Checks shall be made payable to Jamestown Community College but sent to Avalon at the address above. Bidders that would like sets of Plans and Specifications to be mailed to them shall contact Avalon for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and are payable to Avalon. Questions From Bidders All questions in regards to the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other contract documents will not be made verbally. All requests for such information should be sent via email using the attached form to the following contacts.
