Legal Notices Public Notice is hereby given that the Town of Chautauqua will be posting roads for limited weights. Pursuant to Section 1660.(a) 11. Of the Vehicle and Traffic Law, the Town Superintendent of Highways will temporarily post town roads to exclude any vehicle with a gross weight in excess of eight (8) tons. Such exclusions will take effect when posted, and will continue in force until the notices on roads have been removed by the undersigned.
