Legal Notices DUNKIRK CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP Insurance Brokerage Services The Board of Education of the Dunkirk City School District, Chautauqua County, New York, hereby invites the submission of sealed proposals from qualified and experienced insurance brokers licensed to do business in the State of New York to provide comprehensive Insurance Brokerage Services for the District. Services shall commence April 15, 2026, and shall include, but not be limited to, placement and management of the District’s existing and future insurance programs including Property and Liability, Crime, School District Legal Liability, Commercial Automobile, Umbrella Liability, and Cyber Liability coverage. RFP documents are available by contacting the Dunkirk City School District Business Office at the address below. Sealed proposals must be received no later than March 20, 2026, and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFP Insurance Brokerage Services Quotation” Proposals received after the stated deadline may not be considered. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or technical defects in proposals, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous and in the best interest of the District.
