Joslyn to Community Bank, N.A., to secure the sum of Ninety Two Thousand Eight Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($92,800.00), and recorded in the Schuyler County Clerk’s Office on January 2, 2013, in Book: 476 Page: 59. The relief sought in the within action is a final judgment directing the sale of the Mortgaged Premises described above to satisfy the debt secured by the Mortgage described above.
