LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN, that a public hear- ing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Schodack, Rensse- laer County, State of New York, at the Scho- dack Town Hall, 265 Schuurman Rd., Castle- ton, NY 12033, on Thurs- day, February 26, 2026, at 7:10 p.m. to seek public comment on Pro- posed Local Law No. 3 of 2026 Amending Chap- ter 197, Article Ventitle Disabled Persons Ex- emption in the Town of Schodack. FURTHER, a copy of the proposed lo- cal law will be available at least five (5) busi- ness days in advance of the public hearing in the office of the Town Clerk between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
