CORTLAND COUNTY NOTICE OF SALE NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF NEW YORK, SUPREME COURT, COUNTY OF CORTLAND, Empower Federal Credit Union, Plaintiff, vs. Christopher Andrews, et al., Defendants, Index No. EF25-215. Pursuant to a judgment of foreclosure and sale granted and entered in the above-entitled action in the Cortland County Clerk’s Office on November 7, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee in said judgment named, will sell at public auction at the Cortland County Courthouse, 46 Greenbush Street, City of Cortland, in the County of Cortland, State of New York, on February 26, 2026 at 10:00 o’clock in the forenoon of that day the premises described as follows: See Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
