CITY OF CORTLAND PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the City of Cortland PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the City of Cortland will hold a Public Hearing on March 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 25 Court St. Cortland NY 13045 regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the City of Cortland and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the City Clerk's office, 25 Court St. Cortland NY 13045. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary. February 18, 2026 By Order of the Common Council City of Cortland
