TOWN OF HOMER LEGAL NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF HOMER PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that public hearings before the Planning Board of the Town of Homer will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM, at the Homer Town Hall, 31 North Main Street, Homer, New York 13077, to consider the following: 1. In the matter of the application of Nicholas Williams and the Dukelow Family Trust for property located on Rice Road in the Town of Homer, Tax Map No. 46.00-01-29.100, for a subdivision of approximately 7.57 acres from the original lot of 129.6 acres. 2. In the matter of the application of Timothy Jones for property located at 526 Route 41A in the Town of Homer, Tax Map No. 55.00-01-19.000, for a conditional permit. The applicant is seeking to operate a home occupation for the sale of customized firearms out of the applicant's garage. 3. In the matter of the application of Seaboard Solar (Scott Road Solar) and Rollyn and Christina Farber for property located at 331 Houghton Hill Road, Homer, NY 13077, Tax Map No. 45.00-01-14.000, for a subdivision of approximately 212 acres from the original lot of 427 acres and a site plan review. The applicant is proposing to construct a +/-5MW Solar Farm on the above listed property.
