LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF HOMER ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING.




NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Homer will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM , at the Homer Town Hall, 31 North Main Street, Homer, New York 13077, to consider the following:




1. In the matter of the application of Jameson DelVecchio for property located at 4864 Sweeney Rd. in the Town of Homer, Tax Map No. 75.02-01-02.000, for an area variance. The applicant is seeking to subdivide land which will result in a lot width of 273ft, which is narrow than permitted by Section 508(B) of the town of Homer Zoning Law.




The above application can be viewed at the office of the Town Clerk, 31 North Main Street, Homer, New York 13077. Call (607) 749-4581 or visit in person during regular business hours. The application is also available on the town website. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person, by Attorney, or by other representative. Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed ahead of time with the Board or at the public hearing.
