TOWN OF HOMER LEGAL NOTICE LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF HOMER PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing before the Planning Board of the Town of Homer will be held Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 6:30 PM , at the Homer Town Hall, 31 North Main Street, Homer, New York 13077, to consider the following: 1. In the matter of the application of Jameson DelVecchio for property located at 4864 Sweeney Rd. in the Town of Homer, Tax Map No. 75.02-01-02.000, for a subdivision of approximately 2.7 acres from the original lot of 5.11 acres. The above application can be viewed at the office of the Town Clerk, 31 North Main Street, Homer, New York 13077. Call (607) 749-4581 or visit in person during regular business hours. The application is also available on the town website. Persons wishing to appear at such hearing may do so in person, by Attorney, or by other representative.
