Greek Peak Holdings seeks water withdrawal for snowmaking purposes.

Notice is hereby given that on February 10, 2026, Greek Peak Holdings, LLC – Greek Peak Mountain Resort (2000 NYS RTE 391, Cortland NY 13045, execassiatnt@greekpeakmtnresort.com , and (800) 955-2754) filed a renewal with modification application (SRBC Pending No. 2026-011) with the Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC) for a Surface Water Withdrawal and Consumptive Use. Greek Peak Mountain Resort has requested to withdraw up to 7,200,000 gallons per day (gpd) from Gridley Creek and consumptively use 1,200,000 gpd at a location on property identified as 46-2480296 in Town of Virgil, Cortland County, New York. The water will continue to be used for snowmaking and related incidental uses.
