VILLAGE OF WALTON NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Walton, Delaware County, New York, at the Village Hall, 21 North Street, Walton, New York on the 3rd day of March 2026 at 5:00 p.m. to hear public opinion on a Local Law to override the tax levy limit. All interested parties and citizens will be heard who are for or against this addition. A copy of the resolution is available for inspection at the Village Hall during regular business hours.
