NOTICE TO BIDDERS WAPPINGERS CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT The Board of Education of the Wappingers Central School District invites the submission of sealed bids for: 2026-27 FINE ARTS: DISTRICT MUSIC SUPPLIES BID - BID#B270042 DISTRICT ART SUPPLIES - BID#B270044 CONTRACT PERIOD: JULY 1, 2026 – JUNE 30, 2027 Bids will be received until MARCH 31, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 25 Corporate Park Drive, P.O. Box 396, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533 and at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the same office or by e-mailing your request to Bids@WCSDNY.org Bid documents will be sent electronically in PDF format to e-mail requests.
