PUBLIC NOTICE This serves as official notice that TOWN OF EAST FISHKILL is soliciting and will receive bids for WOODMONT CULVERT REPLACEMENT. Requirements are outlined in the following specifications. Please review them carefully. Full bid specifications and requirements will be available February 23, 2026 at the Town Clerk’s office Monday - Friday 9am to 3:45 pm. (845) 221-9191. cassidyp@eastfishkillny.gov Alternately the Contract Documents may be viewed on BIDNETDIRECT.COM. If BIDNETDIRECT.COM is used to obtain Contract Documents, the bid must still be submitted as a hard copy in the manner described below. Questions must be provided in writing to the Town Clerk by March 3, 2026, 12 Noon. There is no pre-bid meeting. All bids must be submitted by noon of MARCH 10, 2026. The Town Clerk and such other officials of the Town will then open received bids at the Town Hall, 330 Route 376, Hopewell Junction, NY. All bids must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “TOWN OF EAST FISHKILL WOODMONT CULVERT REPLACEMENT TB2026.003” Anyone interested in bidding is requested to obtain a bid package, review the same and submit it in accordance with the directions contained therein.
