NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Town of Rhinebeck Planning Board

shall conduct a Public Hear- ing on March 2, 2026 at 6:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard follows on the ap- plication by Edwin and Mary Jo Henke for a Site Plan amendment under Town Code Chapter 125, Section 125-72, for the addition of two con- denser units at 11 Jones Street (TMP 135089- 6069-06-386813) within the RC-H (Rhinecliff Hamlet) Zoning District and Rc-O (Rhinecliff Overlay). The proposed action has been classi- fied as Type II (617.5.c.3) under SEQRA for which coordinated environ- mental quality review is not required.

All those having an in- terest in the applica- tion will be given an opportunity to be heard at the in-person Public Hearing being held at the Town of Rhinebeck Town Hall. The appli- cation and supporting information may be examined prior to the Public Hearing by ac- cessing the applica- tions link found on the Planning Board page of the Town of Rhine- beck website (https:// www.rhinebeckny.gov/ planning-board.html) or by contacting the Plan- ning Board Clerk for more information. The public may submit com- ments via email to the Planning Board Clerk no later than noon on February 27, 2026.
