LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF HEARING PUBLIC February 5, 2026 16, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to Article IX, Section §123-46B(3) and (4) of the Esopus Town Code, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 2026 at 7:35 p.m. (or as soon thereafter as com- ments may be heard) at Town Hall, 1 Town Hall Way, Ulster Park, N.Y. for the purpose of considering the appli- cation of 47 River Road LLC (Andrew & Sonia Wright) for a pro- posed site plan/special use permit. Proposal is to create a non-owner- occupied short-term rental within an existing single family dwelling served by private well and septic. Subject par- cel is located at 47 River Road, Town of Esopus, New York, iden- tified as Tax Map No. 56.76-2-8 in the R40 Zon- ing District. All parties of inter- est and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to such application. Writ- ten comment may also be submitted by e-mail to planning-zoning@ esopus.gov, provided verbally during the meeting or submitted in writing to the Eso- pus Planning Board, PO Box 700, Port Ewen, NY 12466.
