ERIE COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE STATE OF NEW YORK FAMILY COURT — COUNTY OF ERIE In the Matter of a Proceeding for Custody Under Article 6 of the Family Court Act Petitioner: Linda Escott Respondent: John Dingwall File No.: 230033 Docket No.: V-01787-25 NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to an Order of the Erie County Family Court dated October 1, 2025, service of the Petition upon Respondent John Dingwall has been authorized by publication. A Petition seeking custody pursuant to Article 6 of the Family Court Act has been filed in the Erie County Family Court. Service shall be made by publication in the West Seneca Bee once weekly for three (3) consecutive weeks. Service shall be deemed complete ten (10) days after the final date of publication, upon the filing of the Affidavit of Service and proof of publication with the Court. Respondent is directed to take notice of this proceeding. Failure to appear or respond may result in the Court proceeding in your absence and granting the relief requested in the Petition.
