A Petition seeking custody pursuant to Article 6 of the Family Court Act has been filed in the Erie County Family Court. Service shall be made by publication in the West Seneca Bee once weekly for three (3) consecutive weeks. Service shall be deemed complete ten (10) days after the final date of publication, upon the filing of the Affidavit of Service and proof of publication with the Court. Respondent is directed to take notice of this proceeding. Failure to appear or respond may result in the Court proceeding in your absence and granting the relief requested in the Petition.
