Wye Yard Retirement Project The Buffalo and Erie County Industrial Land Development Corporation (ILDC) invites sealed bids for the Wye Yard Retirement and Poco Yard Expansion Contract at Renaissance Commerce Park, Buffalo, NY Work includes rail yard track retirement and construction of three (3) new storage tracks and related improvements. Documents and plans available at www.ecidany.com Sealed bids will be received at ILDC, 95 Perry Street, Suite 403, Buffalo, NY 14203 until 3:00 PM on March 26, 2026. Faxed or electronic bids will not be accepted. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference call will be held February 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM and a non-mandatory site walk will be held February 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM Prevailing wage, a 10% bid bond, ISNetworld certification (where applicable), subcontractor listing, and Erie County apprenticeship compliance apply.
