NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING




PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Batavia in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, One Batavia City Centre, Batavia, New York on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. on the advisability of enacting a Local Law entitled “A LOCAL LAW TO AMEND § 184-41 (A) AND (C) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF BATAVIA TO ESTABLISH NEW WATER RATES AND METER FEES.”




And that a copy thereof is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
