GENESEE COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF BATAVIA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of the City of Batavia in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, One Batavia City Centre, Batavia, New York on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. on the advisability of enacting an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE 2026-2027 BUDGET AND DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF TAX TO BE LEVIED ON ALL REAL PROPERTY FOR THE 2026-2027 FISCAL YEAR.” And that a copy thereof is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
