Lewis, Jr. Attorney for Plaintiff PO Box 383, 287 Main St. Catskill, NY 12414 518-943-6667 First American Title Insurance Company Title Number: R-16002-G-2023 Page 1 SCHEDULE A DESCRIPTION ALL that certain piece, parcel and lots of land, together with the buildings and improvements thereon, situate, lying and being in the Town of Catskill, County of Greene and State of New York, and known as "Glencliff", bounded generally and described as follows, viz: First Parcel: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land situate in the Town of Catskill, County of Greene and State of New York, on the westerly side of the Susquehannah Turnpike Road, near the Toll Gate, bounded and described as follows, viz: Beginning at the northeast corner of the lot hereby conveyed on said Turnpike Road and running thence westerly along the lands of Catskill Water Supply Company to a portion of the lands hereby conveyed; thence northerly along the lands of said Water Supply Company sixty feet to the lands of Frederick Palmer; thence westerly along said Palmer's land about 147 feet to a cedar tree on the top of a ledge of rocks on said Palmer's lands; thence southerly along the top of said ledge of rocks to the land owned or occupied by Mrs. Thomas Jackson; thence easterly along said Mrs. Thomas Jackson's lands to the Susquehannah Turnpike Road; thence northerly along the said Turnpike Road to the place of beginning; containing about ten acres of land be the same more or less. Being the same premises conveyed by Jennie L. Jackson to Augusta H. Cloney, by deed dated October 15, 1889, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of Greene County, New York, on that day, in book of deeds No. 118, at page 121. Second Parcel: All that certain piece, or lot of land situate in the Town of Catskill, County of Greene and State of New York, bounded and described as follows, viz: Commencing at a point in the stone wall on the westerly side of the Catskill and Susquehannah Turnpike Road on which a course or line running north sixty-five degrees and fifty minutes west will intersect a line at right angles with said course 100 feet from the dwelling house on the premises of Frederick Palmer, and running from said point in said stone wall on the course aforesaid, two hundred feet; thence north seventy-four degrees and ten minutes east four hundred thirty-five feet seven and one-half inches; thence south sixty-five degrees and fifty minutes east 200 feet to the westerly line of said Turnpike; thence south along the westerly line of said Turnpike Road twenty-four degrees and ten minutes west 435 feet 7 1/2 inches to the place of beginning, containing, two acres more or less. Being the same premises conveyed by John Lockwood and Matilda F. Lockwood, his wife, to Augusta H. Cloney, by deed dated October 19, 1889, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of Greene County, New York, October 22, 1889, in book of Deeds No. 120, at page 25. Third Parcel All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, situate in the Town of Catskill, County of Greene and State of New York, bounded and described as follows, viz: Beginning on the west line of the two-acre parcel above described, sixty feet from the southwest corner of said two acres, thence along the same north twenty-four degrees thirty minutes east eighteen perches twenty-two links to a cedar stake; thence south fifty-four degrees west two perches seven links to a cedar stake nine inches south of a small elm tree; thence north eighty-five degrees west twelve perches fourteen links to a cedar stake driven just on the west side of a small cedar tree; thence along the crest of a bluff ledge of rocks south eleven degrees west eleven perches to a cedar tree; thence north fifty-four degrees and forty-five minutes east ten perches and eighteen links to the beginning, containing one acre of land, more or less. Being the same premises conveyed by S.J. Mott and Nancy Mott, his wife, to Mrs. A.N. Cloney, by deed dated June 17, 1890 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of Greene County, New York, June 18, 1890, in Book of Deeds No. 121, at page 190.
