NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF SOMERSET PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing will be held by the Town of Somerset Planning Board, Niagara County, New York, at a Special Meeting thereof, on the 26th day of February, 2026, commencing at 7:30 P.M., at the Town Hall, 8700 Haight Road, Barker, New York, to hear and consider the following property and property owners: OWNERS/APPLICANTS: Daniel and Andra Greenwald PROPERTY LOCATION:7939 Townline Road (Tax Map No. 28.00-1-21) Somerset, Niagara County, New York APPLICATION for SEQR review, site plan approval and Special Use Permit to install and operate a retail store in an existing accessory structure (barn) on premises situated within the Agricultural Zoning District.
