Said hearing is a request of Joseph Cook of 51 South Ave. for two (2) Area Variances to build a new garage. Application shows 23’6” front set back, Schedule 1 - states 30’ front set back per Zoning Code and also shows side setbacks at 12.6’ and 5.’ All interested parties and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard in reference to the above.
