NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE PLANNING BOARD NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 535-61(H) of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Port Jervis, that the Planning Board of the City of Port Jervis will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 30-a of the General City Law and Chapter 126 of the City Code on the 21st day of April, 2026 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as practicable, in the Port Jervis Municipal Building, 14-20 Hammond Street, Port Jervis, New York 12771.. This hearing is for consideration of the application of V & V Capital, LLC seeking a Site Development Plan to operate a single commercial space and 4 apartments on property located at 37 and 39 Pike Street, Port Jervis, Orange County, New York and designated as Section 18, Block 5, Lot 12 and Section 18, Block 5, Lot 13 on the Tax Map of the City of Port Jervis. This property is located in the WMU (Waterfront Mixed Use) Zoning District. A copy of the proposed site development plan is on file in the Office of the Building Official, Basement Level, Port Jervis Municipal Building (City Hall), 14-20 Hammond Street, Port Jervis, New York, for inspection and review. All interested parties, and all other persons will be given reasonable opportunity to be heard in respect to the application. Persons may appear in person, by attorney, or through a representative. Written communication in relation to the above hearing and application may be mailed or filed with the City of Port Jervis Planning Board, Port Jervis Municipal Building, 14-20 Hammond Street, P.O.
