PUTNAM COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE Town of Philipstown SWMP Update & Public Comment Period (Deadline: March 19) The Town of Philipstown has released an updated Stormwater Management Program (SWMP) and is inviting public comment through March 19, 2026 . The updated plan reflects 2025 program refinements since the 2024 SWMP, including improved public access and participation—such as the establishment of a dedicated stormwater contact email and a Town webpage for educational materials and illicit discharge resources.
