The meeting will be held in person at the Philipstown Town Hall, 238 Main St., Cold Spring, NY. Alison Merriam, 29 Old Manitou Rd., Garrison, NY 10524, TM#82.-1-31 The applicant is seeking a variance for a 6 foot fence. At said hearing all persons will have the right to be heard.
