PUTNAM COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE PHILIPSTOWN PLANNING BOARD Public Hearing – March 26th, 2026 The Planning Board of the Town of Philipstown, New York will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 26th, 2026 starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Philipstown Town Hall, 238 Main St. Cold Spring, NY 10516 to consider the following application: Griesshammer & Sokol, Private Rd off of 9D, Garrison, NY TM#81.-1-50 Project: Minor Site Plan: Applicant is seeking approval for new construction of a single-family home to be served by a new subsurface sewage treatment (septic) system and private water supply well. At said hearing all persons will have the right to be heard. Copies of the application, plat map, and other related materials may be seen in the Office of the Planning Board at the Building Department, 2 Cedar Street, Cold Spring (behind Town Hall). Prior contact with Cheryl Rockett is required to arrange access to the documents, at (845) 265-5202.
