Bids should be addressed to Stacy San- sky, Director of Procure- ment, Capital District Transportation Author- ity, 110 Watervliet Av- enue, Albany, New York 12206. Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the bid instructions. Ques- tions, requests for clari- fication or for approved equals regarding this Invitation for Bids are to be submitted IN WRIT- ING to Stacy Sansky, Director of Procurement (sdsansky@cdta.org, fax-518-437-8348 or via mailing address listed above) NO LATER than 11:00 AM on February 26, 2026. CDTA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
