Each bid must be prepared and submitted elec- tronically in accordance with the submittal in- structions. Questions

It is the intention of CDTA to award a con- tract based upon bids it receives, but CDTA reserves the right to re- ject any and all bids. The Authority hereby notifies all potential service providers that disadvantaged, minor- ity and women-owned business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice and there will be no discrimina- tion on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, na- tional origin, disability or marital status in the award of the contract or any subcontract.
