NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION Notice is hereby given that the annual election will be held in the Village of Sag Harbor at the Fire Headquarters, 1357 Brick Kiln Road, Sag Harbor on the 16th day of June 2026 between the hours of 9 A.M. and 9 P.M. and that at such election the following officers are to be elected: Two (2) Trustees 2 year term each Newly elected or re-elected Village Officials will be sworn into office on Monday, July 6, 2026 at Noon. Prospective candidates for the above offices must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the Village for at least 30 days prior to the Election. Candidates may circulate nominating petitions between the dates of March 31, 2026 and May 12, 2026. Petitions must be filed with the Village Clerk between May 5th and May 12th, 2026. Questions regarding absentee ballots and early mail ballots will be answered by the Village Clerk by calling 631-725-0222 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
